There is a painting on the internet done by a lady when her mother died. She imagined her mother entering heaven and being so delighted with finally physically hugging Jesus, something similar to the picture portrayed above.
When I’ve gone through some difficult times, Jesus has reminded me of that internet picture. That is the longing in my heart as well…to be able to hug Him, touch Him. I know He is with me always, and I appreciate that more than I can express. But to be able to hold His hands, see Him with my eyes. Now that will be a dream come true for me.
Who is Jesus to me? He is my deliverer, healer, sanctifier. King of kings and Lord of lords. There is no one wiser, stronger, bigger or more magnificent than Jesus. He is the light of the world, my anchor in the waves, my strong tower.

Who is Jesus to you? Has He brought you through good and bad times? Has He been your strength when you felt weak?

One thing I know is that He will never leave us nor forsake us. No matter what we go through in this life, we can always turn to Him in the midst of it. As we do that, He will bring us through into His victory.
